Job Description

Job Functions: (Primary “essential” duties and responsibilities)

  • Develop and maintain Cardiac Assist global product training program for direct and distributor sales organizations
  • Train and educate employees and distributors to achieve prescribed standards of competence for; Basic, Qualified, Advanced and Trainer levels
  • Identify and develop training materials for internal employees and external customers
  • Set up training concepts
  • Maintain the standards of the Getinge/Cardiac Assist training program
  • Actively contribute as a member of the Cardiac Assist marketing team – Training integrated with marketing priorities
  • Act as M-Learning and E-Learning Administrator
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation demonstrating training provision, completion and follow-up
  • Interact and advise as needed with the ACT Training Council

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 5 years field experience as Clinical Support Specialist
  • Bachelor’s degree ( Nursing, Life Sciences preferred)
  • Must have experience and knowledge in education and  training facilitation utilizing e-learning training tools
  • Expert on Interventional Cardiology and Hemodynamic Support
  • Licensed health care professional with a clinical background in counter-pulsation preferred
  • Experienced with iPad and Powerpoint presentations
  • Solid computer skills are required in the areas of word processing, spread sheet analysis, presentation graphics, database design and operation, Windows, with multi-media experience being a plus.
