Sales Reporting Analyst (Wayne, NJ)

Position Summary:

The Analyst will be a part of the Sales Operations function supporting Getinge’s Field Service organization in all Service Reporting needs. The position is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive service reporting database in order to fulfill standardized and ad-hoc reporting requirements for the Field Service team. The analyst will be part of a team of Sales and Service Reporting Analyst and will report to the Supervisor Service Systems Reporting.

Job Details

  • Maintain and enhance databases to facilitate reporting requirements for the Field Service team.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual service reporting.  
  • Maintain Field Service Rep Alignment including tracking log.
  • Create and manage equipment  reporting for regulatory and compliance needs .
  • Audit continuously all systems (Database, SAP, COGNOS) to ensure consistency of data across the systems. Administer ‘President’s Circle’ Program for monthly Field Service Team rankings and annual award determinations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Field Service Management and the Service Operations  team (team responsible for troubleshooting, report creation, training, etc.) to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with Field Service Management and IT to understand business needs in order to identify, develop, and implement enhancements to reporting and analytical deliverables.
  • Assist with SAP master data maintenance as needed.
  • Assist Senior Management with development and execution of various KPI reports.
  • Generate periodic reports to share with team and field users, ensuring that reports reflect the accurate time frame and details.
  • Participate in the development of Service Targets for the Field Service team.
  • Partner with the different departments to create cohesive processes to support all lines of business.
  • Organize and maintain documentation for all related projects.
  • Ad-hoc reporting as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a sales support or data analyses and reporting function
  • At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
  • Experience in data management and reporting, preferably in the biomed industry.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy/integrity of data required.
  • Ability to synthesize various, independently generated, data points into a cohesive analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required.
  • Ability to partner with cross functional teams while handling multiple projects
  • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
  • Experience with sales-related software applications (SAP, COGNOS, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access and Macros.
