Job Duties:

•         Work with managers to develop/maintain training matrices and learning plans for the Site.
•         Knowledgeable in the full scope of Team concepts, operations, practices and procedures to assist in Identify training needs and opportunities for all employees across all levels.
•         Create and report objective evidence of competency and/or effectiveness of trainings.
•         Implement the “WHYS” into site specific training and procedures to ensure employees understand their role and the rationale behind performing specific tasks.
•         Assist with the implementation and administration of LMS (learning management system).  
•         Oversee and be involved in training in various quality management topics including SAP, Track wise. Responsible for verifying training records before access is granted to various quality systems.
•         Participate in and conduct department training programs.
•         Communicate and work with Managers and Supervisors to co-ordinate and schedule training. 
•         Ensure and monitor adherence to all company policies and procedures relating to current Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures.
•          Maintain competent, professional platform training and facilitation skills.
•         Research external and internal resources for existing materials that meet needs or address skill gaps.
•         Act as an effective change agent in the organization
•         Assist with developing tools to measure training effectiveness.

Background Experience:

•         Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience 
•         Minimum 3yrs experience working in a regulated environment required.  Requires strong technical knowledge, as well as verbal and written communication skills
•         Excellent organizational skills are required.
•         Problem solving/innovative skills are required for detecting, analyzing, and resolving critical technical, operational, and administrative production training problems.
•         Independent judgement is required for making timely decision/recommendations for corrective actions.
•         Demonstrated leadership skills required.
•         Minimum 2yrs. experience working with Learning Management Systems or a combination of 3yrs experience in quality and managing a system, i.e. ERP, SAP.
